El vendedor es muy borde y autoritario pero solo hacia el comprador cuando llega el momento de ser igual con el no es así, borde y no acepta su equivocación o mala profesionalidad. Yo le compro un reloj y cuando llega el reloj no le funcionaba el cronógrafo, por lo que hablando con el llegamos a la conclusión de mandarlo reparar y cuando se repara se demuestra que el reloj NO ESTABA REVISADO, me engaño y el arreglo NO quiso hacerse cargo de el solo me dio una propina de 90€ sobre una factura de 500€ aprox, menos mal que CHRONO24 se porto FANTÁSTICAMENTE y me aportó algo más, pero el vendedor MUY MAL. RESUMEN RELOJ SIN REVISAR AVERÍA RESPONDIÓ CON UNA PROPINA Y MAL CHRONO 24 FANTÁSTICO

When you informed us that you had an issue we asked you to send back for repair or full refund. Instead you took the watch to a Patek dealer and produced a 500 euro bill for cleaning a pusher that was apparently stiff. You then demanded we pay the bill. We never authorised you to go to Patek or to spend the money.

L'emballage était léger. Le transport a un peu endommagé les quarts de la boîte. Le couvercle de la boîte contenant la montre était cassé. Les papiers précisant l'utilisation étaient abîmés. Le film plastique sur la vitre de la montre n'était pas présent.
