Juste encore une fois, le transporteur ne remet pas en mains propres le colis! Il a mis le colis devant ma porte. N'importe qui aurait pu le prendre!!! On parle quand même d'un produit qui vaut beaucoup d'argent. C'est honteux. .

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Uhr, der Kaufabwicklung und dem Kundendienst. Einzig der Versand war etwas problematisch, da er mit 3-4 Werktagen angegeben wurde, das Paket allerdings erst nach 6 Tagen ankam.

Der Händler ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig und die Kommunikation lief bestens. Die Uhr sah im Original etwas anders aus als auf den Bildern, aber das ist Kein Vorwurf an den Händler, das lag wahrscheinlich am Licht oder am Winkel des Fotografen. Insgesamt war der Händler freundlich und zuverlässig.

Der Händler wurde von mir gefragt/gebeten, das Edelstahlband der Uhr auf eine gewisse Länge zu kürzen. Es wurde mir dann auch versichert, dies selbstverständlich gerne zu machen… Gemacht wurde es natürlich NICHT!

Ware, Versand und Kommunikation sind absolut in Ordnung. Beim Kauf hatte ich zunächst den Eindruck, die Uhr würde innerhalb Deutschland verschickt (HarveyStore.de). Tatsächlich kam sie dann aus Italien, was mit Blick auf andere Bewertungen wohl die Regel ist. Auch wenn das objektiv betrachtet insgesamt kein Problem ist, bleibt eine gewisse, wenn auch nur gefühlte, Unsicherheit. Zusammengefasst: Ende gut, alles gut!

Friendly and quick to answer. The watch was exactly as advertised. Only small thing was that the wrong manual was included in the box, which felt kind of strange, because it might mean that the content of the box wasn't original. When I asked them about it, they did immediately message me back with another manual.
