【About Shipping】
Shipping carrier is Fedex or UPS.
After confirming payment, we will ship within 3-7、 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and regular holidays.
-Customers are responsible for customs duties.
-We cannot ship belt straps (such as crocodile) that are subject to export restrictions under the Washington Convention. They will be removed and shipped separately.
-We cannot submit invoices for less than the amount sold/paid.
【About Repair/Inspection】
We check the operation of our watches according to our standards before publishing them.

Automatic and hand-wound watches are allowed an error of ±20 seconds for the day of the week and month as measured by WITSCHI's machines. Some models may allow ±30 seconds. *Special models such as Spring Drive are different.

Quartz (battery) watches are purchased used, so we do not know how many years have passed since the battery was replaced. Only watches that can be confirmed to be running are sold.
【Warranty and Return Policy】
-We do not provide our own warranty/repair warranty for watches shipped outside of Japan.
-We do offer a 14-day return and money-back guarantee with Chrono24 Trust Service and Escrow Service. However, we do not accept returns of watches that have been used. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the watch.
-If an item is missing or has been changed since before delivery at the time of return, the refund may be reduced.
-If the customer refuses to receive the watch after it has been shipped, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
