SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES POLICY

- All prices are excluding duties and taxes. The Buyer is liable to pay any duty/taxes/customs/administration fee as per country regulations. Kindly check with your corresponding country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- The BUYER pays for shipping charges in case of any discrepancies arising due to non clearance/non payment of liabilities etc.
- All items are despatched from UK.

REFUND/WARRANTY POLICY
- Please note that there may be warranty restrictions for some watches.
- If the watch manufacturers provide their own warranty, then customers will be provided with a warranty card or booklet from the original Authorised Dealer.
- Depending on the manufacturer, the origin of the Authorised Dealer can be unknown.
- The Authorised Dealer will not provide the original receipt.
- The manufacturer may refuse to honour the original warranty as we are not an Authorised Dealer for the watches we sell.
- In case of discrepancies, buyer must contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the package.
- Full refund will be given for Incorrect item sent ONLY.
- We do not offer warranty for the watches supplied.
- Returns are on buyers' cost.
- Returns/Replacement items must be in its original box, unused condition, with all paperwork, and parts and accessories; These must be packed properly in similar manner when it was received to avoid any damages while in transit.
- Claiming VAT and Customs refund from the local authorities is buyers' responsibility. We are not responsible for unclaimed VAT and Customs charges.
- Buyer shoulders costs/responsibility for the return and all shipping, import duties, taxes, and warranty charges that may be incurred.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns for any reasons available that protects the seller's rights.
- We reserve the right to choose our shipping partners. We usually ship our packages within UK with Royal Mail, Special Delivery 1pm/Tracked 24 with Signature/Tracked 48 with signature. For International orders our preferred shipping partner is DHL Express. However, if the delivery location is a remote location, resulting in shipping costs higher than stated, we reserve the right to choose alternative shipping partner ParcelForce/Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
