Der Zustand des Armbandes wurde mit "sehr gut" angepriesen, jedoch hatte die Faltschließe erhebliche Abnutzungsmerkmale und Kratzer.

It was unfortunately not a good experience. I eagerly waited for my watch and had some glitches in the customs and such which was surely beyond their control. The watch however was not in a working condition and I sent it back right away and that is when they started the delay in communication. First , there was no mention of them receiving it and then after a few days they said it was just a battery that needed to be replaced. When I asked them for the intended day of return ( after the battery had been changed according to them and was ready to ship out ), they said they couldn't give me a date as they were short staffed . after I followed up in two more weeks , they said they found another problem with it and needed to fix that too. That is when I decided to not pursue the watch - I have lost trust in that company and their practices.

The watch and in particular the dial was indicated to be in very good condition but in reality it had to be replaced. A waste of time for everyone, I had to return the item and also pay the return shipping costs for an item that did not conform to the description. Strongly not recommended

this watch has arrived with sapphire cristal damaged inside... this could be deduced zooming the images; but this kind of damages must be reported explicitly in the watch description. shame on you chrono24

Transazione insoddisfacente!!

Qualche problema e tempi lunghi nella comunicazione con il commerciante (mi è stata accettata una proposta, successivanente mi è stata annullata senza motivo, per poi essermi riconfermata) , il tutto si è svolto in circa 10 giorni lavorativi. Spedizione velocissima (24h dal pagamento). La scatola e l'imballo utilizzati per la spedizione da migliorare (cartone leggero e poco imballo al suo interno). Controscatola dell'orologio arrivata con angoli ammaccati (non evidenziato nelle foto dell'annuncio) Orologio, documenti e relativa scatola perfetti.

Leider wurde ich erst nach Kauf und Bezahlung darauf hingewiesen, dass die Uhr nicht mehr wasserdicht ist und der Zustand auch nicht mehr hergestellt werden kann. Selbstverständlich bin ich vom Kauf zurückgetreten. Anschließend wurde die Uhr wieder inseriert, weiterhin mit Bestätigung der Wasserdichtheit. Erst nach einer Nachricht von mir an den Kundendienst wurde sich für den Hinweis bedankt und das Inserat angepasst.

L’orologio rispecchia le foto e la descrizione fornita dal commerciante. Anzi se avessero scritto “nuovo”, non avrebbe avuto alcuna differenza. Il calibro, dopo un paio di giorni, funziona perfettamente, ma è plausibile. Ciò che è stato insoddisfacente, riguarda la spedizione, o meglio, le tempistiche in cui l’orologio è arrivato da me. Dalla Germania ha percorso l’intera Via Francigena (a piedi), per arrivare qui in una settimana. Chrono24 è il meglio sul mercato, ed un cliente pretende il meglio da voi. Migliorate sotto questo aspetto e sarete perfetti.

Everything was okay. The parcel delivery company was very slow and gave very more than six different delivery dates, so i had to stay home from work for more than a week, and it was not possible to get in touch with the company. The seller did not respond to my mailsregarding the slow delivery and uninformative parcel company.

Leider stellte sich die gekaufte Uhr als ein anderes Modell als die Bezeichnung heraus. Auch nach Recherche konnte mir Chrono24 nicht mitteilen, um welches Modell es sich handelt was starke Zweifel an der Echtheit des Produkts hinterlässt

Es wurde anstatt der hinterlegten Lieferadresse die Rechnungsadresse beim Versand verwendet, somit war der 1. Zustellungsversuch erfolglos. Eine Mail an den Verkäufer mit der Bitte um Hilfe, da der Käufer keine Möglichkeit hat bei UPS die Zustellungsadresse ändern zu lassen, wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet. Um am Folgetag eine Zustellung zu ermöglichen, blieb mir nur die Möglichkeit kurzfristig Homeoffice organisiert zu bekommen.

Die Uhr war komplett durch poliert und das Armband hatte überhaupt keine Spannung 4850€ ist diese Uhr auf gar kein Fall wert

Uhr war wie auf den bildern in neuzustand, leider war der versand sehr fraghaft da ups einfach das paket draußen vor die haustür gelegt hat und als „angenommen“ gemeldet hat..

Le vendeur qui est Chrono 24 Allemagne (!) a prétendu ne pas pouvoir expédier la montre 100% assurée. Il ne trouvait pas de société d'expédition et a demandé à moi de lui trouver / recommander une société, alors que je suis un particulier et eux des pro! Ensuite j'ai reçu une confirmation d'expédition qui était fausse! Depuis, je ne recommande à personne de travailler avec ce vendeur.

Nach Erhalt einer Rolex Datejust 41, welche von Zeitauktion im Zustand sehr gut angeboten worden war, stachen sofort die Macken rund um das Zifferblatt unter dem Glas ins Auge. Dies sollte spätestens in der Endkontrolle vor Versand auffallen - anscheindend hat man es aber trotzdem versucht. Nachdem ich die Uhr retourniert hatte, gab es seitens Zeitauktion keine Reaktion mehr - nicht einmal den Erhalt wollte man mir bestätigen. Nur durch Intervention von Chrono24 war es schließlich möglich, zumindest den Kaufpreis zurückzuerhalten. Hinter den Rücksendekosten (immerhin 40€, da Wertversand) laufe ich immer noch hinterher.

Very bad packaged with almost none (less then 1cm) isolation on 6000€ watch! Outer Omega box came in in 3 peaces. Inner presentation box was damaged on outside, paint chipped and hinge bit dislocated. Hit was so severe that watch made a severe mark on inside of the box. However, all this damage seems to be old and not caused during shipment to me, but before. Which is even worst since this makes seller dishonest and hiding true state of watch/box in the ad! Watch seems however to be working just fine.
